Fitness Update -- July 2005
"I'm getting too old for this sort of thing." -- Obi-Wan Kenobi
OK, I figure I should chart my progress, just so I don't cheat. And knowing that eveyone else can see how I'm doing gives me an incentive to keep going. Since I do my workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I should post the results on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings.

5 Comments:
Yeks Jahn, If I did that many push ups and sit ups I'd be dead right now. Good luck
Somedays, I do feel dead. :-) But I didn't start out doing that many in one day. I started out doing 5 a day.
As Master Yu told me when I started studying martial arts: "Take it easy. No can be Master first day."
Words to live by.
Jahn, You do know that muscle weighs more than fat. Good luck!
Lucy
my doctor told me to quit drinking so many sodas and start drinking water... and when i did that, i dropped 15 pounds... and it really ticked off my boss (she was on a crazy diet!)
Yeah, sosa are my downfall. I figured if I cut out one Pepsi a day (150 calories), I'll lose 1 pound every 20 days.
