No more updates for a while, as I'll be on the road and won't even really be able to weight myself, let alone work out like I have been doing. I will be working out, just not like I have been.

Yeah, I haven't been working out while I'm on vacation. Sue me. And I haven't found a reliable scale, either. Until today. I'm still at 189. Yay me!

Still no workout, but I'm down to 188.6.

What time of the morning are you out walking and doing all those sit-ups and push-ups? Have you tried the Hot Metabolism Cocktail yet?
I usually get going by 0700. But I don't do the isometrics until evening, while I'm watching the news. The last little while, I just haven't felt up to it.
My blender is in storage in Albuquerque, so I haven't been able to try the cocktail yet. When I get there next week, that's one of the things I'll dig out.
Hey, those pounds are coming off a little quicker now. Good for you.
Jahn, You didn't gain any weight while you were on vacation. That is a feat in itself. Don't eat too much turkey/dressing.
